Multi-Grain Protein Snacks

These no-bake treats are sure to please.
Ingredients:
  • 1-1/2 cups 5-Grain Rolled Cereal 
  • 1/2 cup Honey 
  • 1/2 cup Wheat Germ 
  • 1/2 cup Peanut Butter * 
  • 2 Tb. Soy Protein Powder 
  • 2 tsp. Vanilla 
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Coconut 
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients, except coconut. Shape into a long log and roll into shredded coconut. Wrap in wax paper and refrigerate until hard. Slice to serve.

Makes 15 no-bake servings.

*Almond Butter can replace Peanut Butter
