These no-bake treats are sure to please. |
| Ingredients: |
- 1-1/2 cups 5-Grain Rolled Cereal
- 1/2 cup Honey
- 1/2 cup Wheat Germ
- 1/2 cup Peanut Butter *
- 2 Tb. Soy Protein Powder
- 2 tsp. Vanilla
- 1/2 cup Shredded Coconut

Mix together all ingredients, except coconut. Shape into a long log and roll into shredded coconut. Wrap in wax paper and refrigerate until hard. Slice to serve.
Makes 15 no-bake servings.
*Almond Butter can replace Peanut Butter
