This unique pan forms those delightful long slender laoves of bread that we all love. The holes in this pan allow complete air circualtion around the loaves. Our pan is 17 1/4" x 12 1/4" x 1" and has three troughs so you make three loaves in one pan. The pan can easily be placed on the shelf of your oven or directly on a baking stone to get the benefits of stone baking. These pans are designed to hold 1 1/2 pounds of dough. |
