Bob's Millet flour has a lovely smooth texture and almost buttery flavor in baked goods. It makes an excellent base for GF cookies! Try it instead of that gritty rice flour, you'll be glad you did!
It should be refrigerated after purchase to prevent it from becoming bitter. (I learned this the hard way.) :)

My only complaint is that they don't offer an organic millet flour... Please Bob's???
