Using computer-balanced stainless steel blades, the K-Tec Kitchen Mill will process all types of grains without robbing valuable nutrients and flavor caused by heat. Flour texture is adjustable from coarse to very fine. It grinds one and a half pounds of wheat a minute and handles rice, soybeans, popcorn and any legume-other flour mills can't match this variety. The milling chamber is self-cleaning and permanently lubricated. The housing and base are made of high impact GE Lexan. Easy to use and easy to clean and comes fully assembled. This flour mill is also easy to store, measuring 10"x8"x6. Weighs just 8 lbs and holds 24 cups of flour in its pan. Warranty: 5-year limited warranty, lifetime warranty on the milling chamber.
