These racks are a necessity in any baker's kitchen. Almost everything baked needs to cool on a rack to prevent steam from forming and making the bottom soggy. We particularily like this 12 1/2" x 18" rack because the wires create a grid so that cookies, breadsticks and other slender goods won't fall though. |
