WoWsers that is a set of Bob’s Red Mill products I’d love sitting on my pantry shelf! Okay, let’s talk quinoa. Today, I found out my Indian Inspired Quinoa Street Tacos. The binder is steel cut oats,,,yes of course, Bob’s Red Mill. Second, let’s talk Chia seeds ~ I recently made Light & Fluffy Whole Wheat Chia Rolls, and they made it the finals in the Kansas Wheat bread contest. It was so fun at the bake-off to hand out samples of Bob’s Red Mill Chia seeds ~ spectators were soooo interested in trying them and I chatted away as if I was a BRM rep. Now let’s get back to quinoa ~ recipe for Harvest Beef Salad with Quinoa was selected in the National Beef contest a few months ago ~ we don’t know the Grand Prize winner yet. Geesh ~ as I’ve said before, when you cook with Bob’s Red Mill products your dishes turn out winners! Thanks! Quinoa is #1 ~ no Chia is #1 ~ oh, don’t make me pick!
