    Deer Bob's Red Mill, I want to thank you for all of the amazing products that you have created so helpfully and healthfully, they have become mainstays in our home. I can always count on Bob's Red Mill products to provide the upmost in quality so that when I take the time to create a recipe, or use a time worn favorite, I know that every single time it will turn out perfectly with Bob's Red Mill products. My favorite gluten-free is definitely the 1 for 1 flour thank you so much! Every single time I use it I have had nothing but absolutely perfect results! I also want to thank you for your mixes, your cornbread mix is amazing and although I am a craft baker and like to work from scratch, I am always thrilled to find a mix that taste just as good as homemade!
    I have been gluten-free for over two and a half years, during that time I have experimented with many different products from other brands as well. Let me just say that is no longer the case!

    I have been using Bob's Red Mill flour, ever since I was finally diagnosed with Celiac..
    I've used them all, and made many of my own recipes', cuz I needed treats... Soft, tasty, edible Treats... I was tired of eating things that tasted worst than the Cardboard boxes they came in..
    I went to Gluten Free Bakeries, & was shocked at the Prices, and the Lousy Taste of everything they made.. I NEEDED treats that tasted good, & didn't break a tooth, or break my bank account..
    Thank God for Bob's Red Mill Products.. I have made my own wonderful treats, because of Bob's flour Products...!!
