Bob’s Red Mill is getting ready to launch chia seed next month and we’ve been busy doing research into what makes chia such a special seed. We know it tastes good and we know it has high omega-3 content, comparable only to flax and hemp seed in the plant kingdom. In my research, I found this article by Dr. Weil discussing what makes chia such a beneficial seed to add to your diet.
