These reed baskets are used in French bakeries to give uniform shapes to loaves. Line the banneton with a thin cloth, add your dough for the final rising, cover and let rise. Lift the basket and gently turn the risen dough onto a baking sheet or baking stone. Slit the top of the dough and bake. We offer a 10-inch size round basket. |
