Full of flavor
I used a modified version of the adzuki and hull-less barley burgers recipe on the package and was very happy with the results. They were light and flavorful.
These are a fast cooking bean and we sprout them (and all other dry beans) before cooking to make them easier to digest. Review by kate / (Posted on 10/6/2011)
